@comcast No, no issues. I called yesterday and they couldn’t do anything to help me because I have my own router/modem. I think that is BS, because I had excellent internet 3-4 weeks ago and the past 2 weeks have been unbearable. Nothing at my apartment has changed.

First world problem rant incomingHBO Max on Xfinity is the worst user interface of all the streaming services I've tried. When you watch a TV show it won't autoplay the next episode. If you leave the app you have go hunting for what you were watching before. So inconvenient

@triniwoodstock This poor man had auto debit setup and these bastards just took advantage. Why I manually pay all my bills. I had an incident in Texas, ironically, many years ago, w/a Verizon landline, their mistake, and they charged me $2,000 for one month. Thank God I didn't do auto debit.

@jessesingal You have to go to Verizon first to change the ons setting to ethernet. Once that's doneGoto Login is on the unit Goto Broadband Connect/ Settings click Release under DHCP Lease Click Apply Disconnect the old router immediately
